Power of Prevention

The goal is to provide all customers with the highest quality of service everyone can rely upon. Achieving the goal requires the development and implementation of operational procedures for each of the required underlying systems that help deliver those services.

Our fundamental strategy includes regular maintenance, critical system redundancy and routine testing. It’s regular maintenance that insures critical equipment perform nominally, while redundant systems offer a safety net for anticipated equipment failures, and routine testing measures overall effectiveness. The results are a highly reliable hosting environment.

Plan and Prepare

Still, when a problem occurs beyond human control there is no substitute for an effective disaster recovery plan. The ability to recover from a disaster is all about preparation. The more well prepared, the faster and more complete the recovery, it’s that simple. It’s why we maintain privately connected facilities that allow us to offer customers a wide array of services that can make disaster recovery a reality.

We understand your situation is unique to you and regardless of how complex or ambitious, we have prepared our infrastructure to handle both your daily hosting needs as well as your disaster recovery requirements. The services you choose to protect your outsourced hosting platform can be as simple as off-site continuous data protection service or as comprehensive as a geographically load balanced server farm.

Continous Data Protection

A first level approach at providing disaster recovery is employing CDP to replicate your servers data. Our CDP Replication service tracks all changes within your Cloud Server. These changes are replicated to our backup datacenter and applied to the VM replica. Secure FTP access is available to download a copy of your VM. Best of all, CDP is fully managed. This means you can set it and forget it. Our certified Support Team manages and monitors your CDP Service to ensure the data is constantly being replicated.

Geographically Load Balanced Server Farm

A best of breed solution for organizations who need 100% availability even during a disaster. Our Engineers will design and build a custom cloud server solution that replicated data in realtime between cloud servers located in our primary and backup datacenter. Load balancers distribute traffic evenly between locations and when a site goes offline, the failed site is removed from the server farm ensuring there is no disruption in your sites availability.
